FOR ROLLS-ROYCE AND BENTLEY ENTHUSIASTS
The Victoria Branch of the Rolls-Royce
Owners' Club of Australia was formed in 1957, and caters for owners
of Rolls-Royce motor cars manufactured from 1904, and Bentley motor
cars manufactured since 1931. We welcome owners and co-owners of
these motor cars to apply for membership of the Club. Those not
owning an appropriate motor car but interested in joining the Club
may do so as an Associate, Spouse or Junior
member.
The aim of the Club is to encourage the
preservation, restoration and enjoyment of Rolls-Royce and Bentley
motor cars.
Monthly meetings are normally held in
Melbourne on the second Thursday of each month at 8pm. The evening
program, after business, may include guest speakers, technical
discussions, films/videos, and informal
discussion.
Club events, including picnic outings, visits
to places of interest, concours and motoring events, sporting and
social activities, are usually held on the third Sunday of each
month. A Federal/National rally is held each year, which moves in
rotation from state to state, annually.
For members in Tasmania, our 'Tasmania
Section' also organises events locally.
A monthly Newsletter detailing activities of
the Victoria Branch and articles of interest to Rolls-Royce and
Bentley owners, is sent to members. Members are also sent the
bi-monthly Federal Magazine of the Rolls-Royce Owners' Club of
Australia.
The Club has a comprehensive library of books
and technical information for use of members, and the Club Shop
offers a wide range of interesting products for
sale.
Spouses and children of current financial
members can become members of the Club with no joining fee and an
annual fee of $20.00 per
person.
Those interested in applying for membership
should contact the Secretary to request a membership information
and application package.
