Editor’s Report - October 2024
There is an old poem that we remember about spring.
“Spring is sprung , the grass is ris . I wonder where the birdies is !”
Whilst its origins are unclear it appears to be from New York, we should change this to..
“Spring is sprung , the grass is ris . I wonder where all the PMC’s is !”
It’s time to bring your PMC out to view the spring weather, recently at Drive and be Driven we saw many and the Spring tour to the Grampians and Warrnambool let’s bring your PMC to an upcoming event, show your PMC the best spring possible, the open road.
We have seen a change in our President with Howard Wraight finishing his time as our President, many of you would know Howard worked tirelessly over his term enhancing the club experience and was always there for events and being present for members at a Federal level. I issue a vote of gratitude to you for your efforts over the past 3 years. Thank you!
Keith Mortimer has taken over as President for the next 3 years and we welcome his style of engagement. If you have anything to offer please contact Keith and don’t be afraid to volunteer your services!
A final thanks to Noel Baker who will step back as organiser of the Technical Days, Noel trekked repeatedly from Kilmore to LGSI on Sundays and always provided the most interesting of sessions!
