As some of you may know, my Bentley S1 is currently undergoing restoration including a back to bare metal repaint. The body shop is doing a terrific job and I am keenly awaiting to see the final result.

This month we celebrated the 100th anniversary of the 20 HP model. At our monthly general meeting on Thursday 6th (the actual day 100 years ago that the 20 HP model was announced by the Rolls- Royce Company) we held a 100th celebration event.

September brings us to our AGM and I am pleased to report that the Victorian Branch of the Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club of Australia reaches this annual milestone as a vibrant organisation. Club membership has continued to grow over the past 12 months adding 8 new members, bringing our total membership to 285.
